What does a free consultation mean?

A free consultation is a quick, no-pressure conversation to help you get clarity. You’re not committing to anything.

During your consultation, we’ll:

  • Understand your situation at a high level

  • Explain your options and likely next steps

  • Give you a realistic sense of timelines for your type of matter

  • Answer your biggest questions (including what fees could look like if you decide to move forward)

The main goal is to remove confusion and help you understand what a practical path forward looks like.

How long are the consultations?

Our free consultations are 20 minutes.

To make those 15 minutes really useful, you’ll first speak with our Client Engagement Specialist, who will collect your key case details. Our team reviews that information before you speak with the lawyer so your consultation is focused, organized, and tailored to your specific situation — not generic advice or surface-level questions.

That way, you spend your time getting clarity and direction, not repeating basics.

My situation is complicated — will you fight for me if needed?

We always start by looking for the most practical path forward — one that protects you without unnecessary conflict, delays, or legal fees. If a fair resolution is possible through negotiation, we’ll push for it. But if the other side won’t cooperate — or if your safety or legal rights are on the line — we take decisive action and move your matter forward, including through court when required.
